How long is this box guaranteed for ?

The warranty is for 10 years on the box, this does not include the refund of the box which is valid for 30 days, once the 30 days have passed it is no longer possible to get a refund for the box but only to have it repaired under warranty.
Does the warranty cover my engine in case of a problem ?

No, we do not offer any warranty for the engine or anything else other than the warranty on the device itself, as there is no risk for the engine.
However, we have already performed engine warranties, and many customers try to impute any problem to the device in order to avoid paying for their repairs that have nothing to do with the device. Therefore, we have decided to no longer offer any engine warranty.
How does the 30 day money back guarantee work ?

It's very simple: you receive the power box and have 30 days from the delivery date to test it. If the power box is not suitable for your vehicle, you can return it to us and get a refund.
IMPORTANT: Before returning a package, please check the FAQ to see if a solution to your problem is provided. If not, please contact us. In any case, never return a package without our prior agreement, as it will be refused and returned to you.
ATTENTION: The power box must be returned in perfect condition, clean of all grease, oil, without scratch marks, impacts, or others. If this is not the case, we will not be able to make a refund.
The shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, only the price of the power box will be refunded.
